The Grandfather Mountain Highlanders Pipe Band plays challenging music in both its March, Strathspey and Reel (MSR) and its Medley. The band plays a variety of standard marches and slow air, as well as hornpipes, jigs and other up beat music. Some of the tunes played by the band are written by members.
